Dear BitDAO Users,
This is an important security notice regarding the BitDAO project and its old smart contract.
Users who have previously interacted with the old BitDAO contract are strongly advised to take immediate action to protect their wallets and assets.
🚨 ACTION REQUIRED — ACT IMMEDIATELY
If you have any real funds, USDT, tokens, or other digital assets associated with a wallet that has previously interacted with the old BitDAO contract:
- Move your funds and assets to a secure wallet immediately.
- Review your token allowances and approvals granted to the old BitDAO contract.
- Revoke any unnecessary or suspicious token allowances/approvals immediately.
- Continue to monitor your wallet and transaction activity for any unauthorized activity.
Token allowances and wallet approvals are the responsibility of the wallet owner. Every user is responsible for managing, reviewing, revoking, and monitoring the permissions granted from their wallet.
BitDAO and its development team do not have access to users' private keys, seed phrases, wallets, or funds and cannot secure, recover, or control assets held in individual user wallets.
If any funds or assets are lost, transferred, or pulled from a user's wallet as a result of an existing token allowance, approval, compromised contract interaction, or any other unauthorized wallet activity, BitDAO and its development team will not be responsible for such loss.
Please do not delay. If you believe your wallet may have an active allowance or approval connected to the old BitDAO contract, review and revoke it immediately and move your assets to a secure wallet where appropriate.
⚠️ Act now. Secure your wallet. Revoke unnecessary approvals. Protect your assets.
